Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, Divine Led will provide you with a store credit.

* Items must be return within 35 days of purchase date.

* Please understand that we do not offer refunds we only work with store credit at this stage of our business.

* Divine Led is not responsible for return shipping costs. This is our clients responsibility. 

How to Return the Product: 

* The product must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, with all tags attached in original packaging and perfect condition.

* Shoes must be returned In original undamaged shoebox, In the same condition, as delivered to you.

For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, lingerie and swimwear can not be returned without a hygiene sticker. 

How To Make Return:

* Please ensure that your returning item ticks all our return policy requirements.

Write down all your details clearly and include into the return package together with the return item: Full Name, Order Number, Item Price Paid, Full Address of Return, Payment Method Detail and the Return Item.

 Please note: 

* In regards with faulty items, please email our Customer Support team at: [email protected] (within 6 days of receiving the product) to be instructed in how to proceed PRIOR to shipping your return item. 

* Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for returning your item/s, as we are not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.

* Returns received later than 40 days, will not be accepted & will be returned back to the customer. Return product/s will be assessed upon arrival, to ensure it complies with our Returns policy.

* Returned items or Non-Return Items that don't comply with our return policy will NOT be accepted and will be return back to the customer.

* Depending on the service and the country that you are returning your item, it can usually take up to 40 working days for the returned item to be delivered and processed by our team (this exclude weekends or public holidays)

* We will inform you by the email you're provided to us about your order, when this transaction is fully complete. 

Store Credit will be issued in the form of a CODE via EMAIL and it can be used within 4 months from the date of the email. We don't operate on weekends or public holidays, so all returns will be processed the following working day.
